Hash Identifier
Built first-party — no third-party code vendored. Distinctive prefixes ($2b$ for bcrypt, $6$ for sha512crypt, and so on) get a single confident match. A bare hex string with no prefix genuinely is ambiguous — MD5, NTLM, and LM all produce 32 hex characters — so those show every reasonable candidate instead of a false-confident guess. Hashcat mode numbers verified against the hashcat wiki before shipping this; check hashcat --help if one doesn't match your version. Nothing here ever leaves your browser.
